I am a little disappointed by the end product to be different compared to the video shown and became a misprint but overall it did well the papers are nice.
other than that, for some reason the text are so pixelated it became blurry to see which I have no idea wether it was a problem with my compressed files or the print.
but service is amazing, very active in chat and getting the book as fast as it did was amazing, thank you very much I would like to repeat with hope that the troubles will be resolved for the next time :)

Hi there, good morning. Thank you so much for your kind feedback about our service, and we’re sorry to hear that the final print did not fully meet your expectation.
Regarding the pixelated/blurry text, we checked and this usually happens when the artwork/file provided is already compressed or low-resolution. Our printing process follows the file supplied by the customer, so if the original file has pixelation, it will also appear in the printed result.
For your next order, please feel free to send us the file first and we can help check the print quality/resolution before printing, so we can advise if the file needs to be improved. We truly appreciate your support and hope to serve you better next time. Thank you again 😊
