Absolutely great customer service!!! Cheerful, friendly and understanding!!! Had to make a return, immediately sent return label. Were able to track when UPS lost return shipment. It went to Alaska from Southern Utah instead of New Mexico. Kept me informed, gave me options, couldn't have been more outgoing and making sure I was not only happy but impressed. They want me as a customer! And their shirts are top notch. I get the non toxic earth shirts which are close to impossible to find especially in 3xl. Congrats to them personally and professionally.

Turnaround from the time of my order to shipment and delivery was good. The linen fabric is good, but the fit and sizing is not. I ordered a 38” waist which is usually an inch or more too big, but even that was uncomfortably tight.
