三木老师已经成为我这一周的重要组成部分。我学到了很多东西，这让我有一种具体的进步感，特别是在我的口语能力方面。

Profesora Evelyn is a scholarly teacher with a wide knowledge base. Classes with her very inspiring. Today, I had the first class of neuroboost technique. It was relaxing and educative. Profesora is very patient and charming in her communications. i look forward to the future classes. I recommend Profesora Evelyn without any reservation.

Good teacher, poor platform
My rating is not about the teachers, I found a great teacher. But the platform itself is not great. I find the layout and navigation of the site a bit confusing. But the worst is that the Italki classroom, which would be really good, but is not reliable. Dropped video and connections. In fact both Italki teachers I had preferred to use Zoom or Google meet. But the primary thing is I found an excellent teacher on my second try. That is the most important.

Great for individual language learning
Good platform to support direct learning from individual teachers. Wide selection of teachers/tutors and it is easy to organize lessons.

Maria Camila
Maria Camila, my teacher is very nice. She was always correcting me in a very positive way. She knows that I need to improve in my use of subjunctive moods and and the use of past tense. She's awesome.

Terrible customer service
There was a mistake on their system which they refused to take responsibility for and claimed that can't find what went wrong. When I tried to find a reasonable solution I was met with terrible customer service. The message I got was essentially "we can't provide any help, because our policy says we can't" (obviously not their exact words but that was the general message).

Method _ works
I am taking French lessons with Nicolas, and they've made a real difference to my progress. What I appreciate most is that Nicolas understands the learning concept I'm developing and has helped me refine it rather than simply teaching from a textbook. Our lessons focus on natural spoken French, clear explanations, and practical usage. Whenever I have questions about grammar, vocabulary, or the nuances between similar expressions, Nicolas explains them in a way that is easy to understand and immediately useful. This has helped me build confidence and develop a much better feel for the language.
