Italki tutor ignored me for 3 months after giving excuse before a planned lesson, never cancelled, confirmed reschedule time, or explained what was going on, instead held this over me for 3 MONTHS before asking for my WhatsApp where he continued to BREADCRUMB AND MANIPULATE ME BEFORE ASKING FOR MY REVOLUT TO MAKE UP FOR “MISSED LESSON”. I sent the money back to him the same day then I reported this to italki. Italki has not responded to give me back the credits I am owed or update on situation with this tutor. The tutor violated many rules and it was his fault, not mine- he was the person with power over me, to play with me for his own entertainment it seems. This tutor seems to have a bad personality and could be doing the same to other students, harming other students, and italki seems to be moving slowly here. ** Since my money was taken for a service I never received, and italki has not responded to give back my owed credits, soon I will have my bank issue a chargeback and I will report italki for this. **
