Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service. After ordering an IMWH chair from Amazon, a defect appeared on the product, so I wanted to contact the company to buy a spare part. Despite 3 emails and a postal letter with photos to support it, I have never seen any sign of life from customer service, nor from the company IMWH who seems to be asleep or deliberately ignoring me. The phone number provided on their site is unavailable. It’s good to get delivered from abroad, but at the slightest problem no one is there to help you. I will never buy this brand again and strongly advise against it.

(Proly) A really solid product

The shipping was very quick (much less than a week) and so far im pretty happy with my purchase. The parts all feel very solid and come packaged pretty well. The manual and assembly are easy to understand. It really didnt take a lot of time or effort to get it done. The chair feels pretty comfortable to sit on no matter what others say especially with the lean function softened up to the max. (75-80kg 190cm). I cannot speak about wear and tear yet scince its brand new but id say it has been worth the money so far. Overall great experience and would recommend :)

Pay attention to the address system in the website.

Looks like there is a mistake in your website. I order a chair from Spain, but the system set my address in Germany. The transport company, in their tracking system, in first term, shows in their map the right direction, in Spain, but days later message me telling the delivery was unsuccesfull. A case is open through PayPal, but still have not any comment by your company, only unwanted marketing. I want my money back, or the chair, but i demmand a solution ASAP.

Defect pump gas on gaming chair

I bought this gaming chair on Amazon. After a year and half the gas pump was defect. The supplier’s customer service helped me a lot by providing a solution and sending me a new gas pump at a fair price. They also send me the installation document on how to replace this pump (YouTube videos). But at the end we never succeeded in removing the defect pump. So back to square one … 😩

From wanting a pink gaminchair till having a comfy one

When first i saw the pink gamingchair from IWMH, i loved it immidiately. so i decided to order the chair i wanted. Shipping was very quick, because it arrived earlier than i expected. When i received and assembled the pink gaming chair it looked wonderfull. And ofcourse very important its a very comfortable chair to sit on. the two cushions on the chair are easily attached and/or removed. to make the chair comfortable in the way you like it. and it has nice heigth and tilt settings. So im very happy about the service and the product. i would recommend IWMH to my friends and other people too.

I had a broken wheel base section on my…

I had a broken wheel base section on my chair. It took some time and a few e-mails to finally procure the missing section. In the end, I received the missing section and my chair was once more functional. However, the standard wheels stick easily on carpet and cause strain on the wheel base section. I acquired wheels of a more easily rolling type from another supplier, thus avoiding strain on the wheel base. Perhaps it would be possible for you to offer these more easily flowing wheels as an alternative. But, thanks for your help in restoring my very comfortable and favourite chair

Excellent desk chair

The chair arrived as predicted in France and in good shape. Easy to mount, very confortable. It has been used for 5months now and I don't have back pain due to my desk position anymore. Everything can be well regulated with enough amplitude even for 1m80 people. Tissue is very confortable and allow not to sweat even during summer. I definitely recommend this chair
