What people say
Good value and excellent quality
Good stuff!
Pretty much always have what I need at a good price and delivery is quick! Only complaint is, I get my goodies delivered to my shop and deliveries are supposed to go to the side door but the driver always leaves it at the locked front door...where it can be stolen.
fast delivery
fast delivery, great bike
Great Buying Experience
Reasonably priced. Super fast shipping.
Website was easy to navigate
S-L-O-W processing
When I ordered the item, at checkout it estimated delivery in 4-5 business days. A shipping label was created in less than a day, but by day 5 (when it was supposed to be delivered) it still hadn't even been received by USPS. So I ordered the same item from Amazon (which I should have done in the first place) and it arrived 4 days later, and still a day before my Jenson USA item.

Jenson has been my primary source for everything bike related for the last few years. Prices are fair, the site is easy to navigate and my items arrive in a timely manner. What's not to like about Jenson?

Excellent company. Bought a brand new Fox rear shock for my E-bike. The price was fantastic. Shipping great. Highly recommend.
I didn't get what I ordered but…
I didn't get what I ordered but everything is ok ... i ordered four different colored shirts, got two each of two shirts, (all the correct size) and three different pants (two of one color plus two different colors) and received two each of two colors (again, correct size). My grandsons don't care at all
