sram gx gripshift and grip lockout
I received the sram gx gripshift and the grip lockout for the suspension. It was a great experience. I ordered it ,and a few days later it was at my door. Installation was straight foward. It all worked great. The only problem i had ,was that the housing for the shifter was not long enough. I had to reuse the old housing to make it work. Unfortunately it's pretty old. I was hoping to have it all new in one shot

Recently bought a new bike. The manufacturer had missed an important washer when they sent the bike to Jenson. Messaged support and I think Scott helped me figure out exactly what was missing and then got it mailed out to me immediately. Best service.

The 'agent' was polite; Store policies are punative
The 'agent' was polite, but not empowered to help. That's a corporate problem. Other on-line vendors give me the option of applying existing store credits. Jenson did not, thereby incurring a $9 shipping fee because of a $2 "credit". How stupid is that? I took my business elsewhere.
