It's not your fault UPS failed to deliver overnight. It is your fault that I paid for overnight shipping and, when the service wasn't fulfilled, I was only refunded the difference between shipping tiers instead of the overnight shipping charge.

First time buying a bike from Jenson…
First time buying a bike from Jenson USA. I called them to verify they had the item in stock and ti would actually ship in the timeframe the stated (1 business day at the time), which they confirmed. The bike was built and shipped in the timeframe they said and was delivered on the date estimated. Bike was professionally assembled and packaged. Super impressed with how well they have the bike shipping system dialed. Would not hesitate to buy a bike from them again in the future.
