AWFUL fraud system
Long time customer, but their new fraud system refuses to let me place an order. Same name/email/address/credit card that i've used many times before. First order auto-canceled. I asked for help, they told me to place another order. Second order auto-canceled. I called in, talked to a human, that order was created but I never got an email confirmation so I ordered what I needed from another store. Huuuge waste of my time. No helpful advice on how to order online without the order being canceled.

Good helmet, misleading shipping
When I purchased the helmet and selected the shipping time (2-day) it clearly stated the order would be delivered by Friday, July 19th. However, it arrived on the following Monday. I sent an email to Jenson requesting a refund for the 2-day shipping I paid for but didn’t get. Instead of a refund, they gave me a gift card to spend more money there completely disregarding the customer experience and customer needs. It felt like a slap in the face, here just spend more money instead of refunding me what they didn’t deliver.
