Smooth buying experience

As usual it was a smooth buying experience. The two ceramic and ceramic and wood trays were a gift for my mother, she loved them, loved the vibrancy of the colour and pattern.

Sandals were poorly made and foot…

Sandals were poorly made and foot wouldn't fit between the toe straps. Customer service was awful and wouldn't help. All three pair I purchased were poor quality and workmanship.

A lovely piece of jewelry for a bat mitzvah gift, and a fascinating puzzle

My niece loved the detachable Magen David necklace and proudly wore it. My one issue is that the photo of the piece was less outstanding than the actual product. Perhaps it was the smaller size. My nephew got a puzzle of Israel that seemed unique.

I ordered a large yarmukah

I ordered a large yarmukah. The one I received was not large enough, so I ordered a larger one and it was not large enough. You responded that I ordered two the same size. That is not correct. I received two separate orders, and one was larger than the other but not large enough. I am not complaining because both invoices were paid.
