I received my order in good time, very well wrapped and my watch is of great quality. However, I never received a confirmation of my order or an update of the delivery. Maybe because I paid through PayPal. I managed to contact them and get an update via paypal as I wasn't getting a response to my emails. No big deal but it is important for the buyer to know of the status of their order. I would definitely use judaica again as I have in previous times. Toda!

You don’t even deserve a one-star rating because of your false advertsing; I placed an order believing your delivery statement of 7-10 business days and not only have I not received my package yet, but no one seems to be honest enough to give me a concrete answer as to when it will be delivered; I do not wish to track your stupid package, you must tell me when I can expect delivery; you are a big disappointment to me!

Tallit description

The tallit description said hand embroidered silk. I was expecting something very soft but it is very stiff and to be honest I don't think it is as well made as one would expect. I am a sewer and can see things I would not have expected. However, it did arrive in a timely way, for which I am grateful.

Star of David shoes

I ordered the white and blue star of David athletic shoes using the size chart measurements. I wear a size 8.5, but the shoes are too small, more of a fit for 7.5 or 8. It will cost me $35 to return them to Israel which is just too much, so I'm out $80. I was looking forward to wearing them, but disappointed. I'm offering them on Ebay for $60 if anyone wants them. Otherwise, I have gotten many items from them and have been satisfied with the quality.
