Brian was VERY helpful, obvíously knowledgeable, patient with my one finger typing, and expedient. I have had chat agents drop my chat because I type so slow but my left side is paralyzed, forcing me to type with a stylus in one hand and he just waited instead of cutting me off. He is more than merely professional. He provides tolerance and tolerance many won’t. kindness
