This is my second vehicle to use Katzkin to upgrade or replace the seats. Their quality is exceptional. In the case of my wife’s 2001 Mercedes E320 a lot of credit goes to their installer, Gold Coast Upholstery of Ventura, CA. They caught several issues with this custom install in advance and ensured a great result. Very happy with the product.

I have had the CAT scan leather interior now for almost 5 years. I have had two instances where there were problems one it was kind of puckering in the backseat and the other area of the front driver seat where the perforations were becoming a problem, even though the on both occasions, it was well out of warranty. There was no issues whatsoever replacements was made sent, and frankly within a week the new seat was installed. Their customer service is absolutely stellar. The quality is amazing and they just look great. I cannot recommend katzkin highly enough.

The whole process was so easy. Katzkin contacted me after I filled out the online form. I got details and was set up for installation. My original appt with the installer was moved up because they had openings. The install was done in 3 hours and it looks great! I have an interior I can be proud of now.

I had custom leather seats made by Katzkin for my 2026 Ford Bronco and they turned out absolutely fantastic. The whole experience with Katzkin surpassed my expectations from dealing with my salesperson Amber to the final installation by Adam at Audio by Adam in Milton NY. There are no words to describe how great the entire process went and would recommend Katzkin, Amber, and Adam to anyone considering raising the beauty of their auto far beyond original factory installed cloth or leather seats!!!!

On Tuesday, I found the driver's side back seat beginning to separate. I called Katzskin's warranty department and spoke with Ms. Veronica! I submitted the photo's to Ms. Veronica to start the process. Ms. Veronica arranged for the new installment of the defective product. She was nothing short of amazing, kind, and considerate!

The whole process was absolutely amazing. From getting all my questions answered by Amber, to getting a 3D image of what my seat design would look like. Ordering was quick and easy. Amber scheduled the appointment and got me in very quickly. I'm super pleased with the way they turned out, the quality, and the install were also great!
I honestly feel the quality is better than the leather I had in my previous truck from the factory. The leather is so soft and supple. There is additional padding sewn into the seat leather with is an added bonus. Katzkin knocked it out of the park!!

Seats look and feel great. I would have given a 5, but the installer failed to tighten the bolts back on my rear seat belts. Very glad I noticed it when putting in a dog bed. Could have been really bad news if there was an accident and someone was in The back, depending on the seatbelt to hold them in place!

Was wanting to replace cloth seats in my 2014 F150... Saw an advertisement on Katzkin leather and did some research... Contacted the company on 6/7/2026 and the process moved along in a timely manner... Had several contacts with customer service by email as well as by phone... Everyone i spoke with was extremely pleasant and very professional... The installation was done by Carolina Audion in Greer SC... Dopped off at 9am and was ready by 2:30pm the same day... Looks and feels great...

I originally found this company at a Jeep event and didn’t think I could afford it. I ended up looking at their selection on site and the amount of customization options were unreal. I ended up speaking to Lee who helped me lock in my vision and was very patient with me. Affordable payment options available. I LOVE my seats. Highly recommend.

I recently upgraded my new truck with Katzkin leather seats, and I’m very happy with the results. The ordering process was easy, the installation was smooth, and the quality of the leather is excellent.
