I just wanted to take the time to recognize someone who is doing a great job for the Katzkin company. These days it seems that there are no shortages of complaints and problems to the point that we seldom hear about the good things. So let me take the time to tell you about my experience. I have a 2019 Nissan Titan that I had your leather kit, seat heater, and cooler put in about a year ago. In the beginning of May, I started to have some issues with it not blowing cool air out anymore. You guys responded admirably by sending a new kit to my installer, which was fine until the new kit, did not work either. After this, I contacted your customer service department at this point Samantha was assigned to help me from here. Samantha was also wonderful with helping me as well. Samantha got me in touch with Gary Reimers who was nothing short of amazing. I truly appreciated how Gary took ownership of this issue, made it his own, and took care of it which far exceeded my expectations. He took the time to explain what the problem was, and what he did to fix it. This meant a lot to me, because I like to learn things. He is definitely an asset to the company. Because of this, you definitely have a customer for life, and if I know anyone looking for some new seats, I'll definitely send them your way. Everything is working correctly now, and as intended. He even went with me on a test drive to make sure I was satisfied. I hope this gets back to him, and thanks again for making sure I was happy with my purchase 1 year post sale.

I ordered a full set for my 2008 Mustang GT. The fit is baggy and the leather scratches much more easily than OEM. They only get 3 stars for the look.

As the owner of a rare car that is not manufactured anymore. We found it very frustrating that Katzkin would not embroider the same symbols in the replacement car seats that it originally came with, because they said it was a licensing issue. However, we found a ton of people who would have done it for us, except that because all of the foam backing had already been sewn in by Katzkin, no one could secure the leather well enough for their machines. Honestly, I would say if you are looking to keep your car as original as possible, pay the higher rate and find a local leather company that will do the embroidering. We wish we hadn’t gone this route! Other than this issue, the product is beautiful. Also be aware that we went with the highest level leather kit.
Rose was awesome to deal with for configuring and choosing seat covering options. Super helpful and having the swatches to see actual color and feeling texture was key to making informed decisions. She is very professional courteous and kind. Dealerworks the local installer also did a great job and was fast (done in less than a day). Quality of Katzkin products are superior, unlike no other.

This is the second time we have outfitted a new Pacifica with Katzkin. The first one still looked great after ten years. In our new 2027 Blue Pacifica we turned a dull black interior into a really classy mixture of blue and black with blue threading. Couldn't be happier.

Kara at Katzkin was incredible. She was knowledgeable about my car and its specific finishes. She made well considered suggestions that display a clear understanding of the materials. She offered options that were not readily apparent on the site and made the process a breeze. The seats were done before I knew it. They look and feel incredible. I'm very happy with this experience and would recommend it to anyone who is less than happy with their current seats. My seats went from embarrassing to ready to pick up clients for a much more reasonable price than I was expecting. Choosing the generic leather option at the dealer would have cost me more and it would be a generic brown. I highly recommend Katzkin.
