Placed an order 2nd of january
Placed an order 2nd of january, not realising it was a US based company as website ends in "uk". Was charged £80 shipment fee, what seems extortionate within its self as they are a "uk" based website. Anywho, cancelled it immediately after finding this out. They have still proceeded too send the item too customs, customs sends over too the UK, waited 3 months for a first response with actual context rather then the AI generated answers i was receiving, then waited another 3 months where i was sick of waiting and asked about it as there was no updates, a week later found out that i will not receive a refund due too there "policies" and the 25% cancellation fee. Seems like complete bs. I would not recomend purchasing shoes from here if based anywhere i europe as it they genuinely seems like a scam.
Worst service/ wrong size
If I could give no stars I would. The crocs I ordered were labeled US men’s 10 but they were at least a size & 1/2 too big. Kicks Crew refused to accept a return with a full refund. They only allow you to ship them back at your expense ($20 and it costs $35!for the original shipment), charge a15% restocking fee, and only provide store credit. I hand everything over to my bank to deal with them.

Make sure you order the right item!
I ordered the wrong size sneakers and needed to return them. I appreciated the assistance I received, but the return process was a bit much. I also think the ordering process could be better because navigating through the app was confusing. I am very happy with the way my sneakers arrived. They were nicely packaged in a sturdy box, and they looked great! I would definitely order again now that I know what to do, and I love the care they put into shipping the item.
SCAM - Illegal commercial practices in France
I ordered a pair of sneakers on Kicks Crew in July 2026. I was forced to pay an undisclosed additional 48€ in custom fees to get my package delivered. I was not informed of the extent of this amount before doing the order - the checkout page only had a low visibility text stating that "custom fees are not included". However, EU law requires that the quantified cost is always explicitly shown to the customer (in the relevant currency). I did not have the option to refuse the package, as Kicks Crew warned that they would charge me any additional fee they would incur in case package was returned. This commercial practice is illegal in France and in the European Union. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 6(1)(e), the seller should display in advance "the total price of the goods or services inclusive of taxes", with Article 6(6) adding that "If the trader has not complied with the information requirements on additional charges or other costs [...], the consumer shall not bear those charges or costs". Thus, I ask for a full reimbursement of these 48€. In the absence of support, I will report the situation to public consumer bodies (European Consumer Centre, signal.conso.gouv.fr, DGCCRF).

Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Title: Fell Apart Immediately & Customer Service Refused to Help Review: I purchased the Nike Air Max 2013 'Arctic White' (HF4884-100) in Men's US 9.5, and within a very short time, the shoes started falling apart. The stitching on the final lace eyelets is completely unraveling—a clear manufacturing defect on a premium-priced shoe. When I reached out to customer service about this issue, they completely dismissed me. They refused to acknowledge the defect and offered zero solutions—no replacement, no refund, nothing. For a company that charges this much for sneakers, I expected quality and basic customer support. Instead, I got a defective product and a complete lack of accountability. Warning to buyers: If you get a bad pair, don't expect them to stand behind their product. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing again.
