Awful service, ordered a hoodie from their website at the end of July and still got no updates until middle of September where I requested a refund. If you try to email you just get a generic ai chatbot response. Still have not been credited for my refund as it has been longer than the time they said.

Honestly I didn't have a problem with the clothes but they took 23 days just to SHIP one of my items, not to mention the customer service i terrible, I nearly couldn't get a hold of them. Honestly I'd never buy from them again.

Overall, my experience with Kiikio has been amazing, Regarding shipping time they’re very reliable and the quality for the products and clothes they sell are far beyond what you’d expect for such affordable prices.
Unfortunately waiting for a refund since August 26 but they never made and it probably will never be done, I've lost a lot of money.

Bought the red frayed pants, did NOT receive the same product as in the pictures. Imagine ordering genuine Coca-Cola and receiving a watered down fake brand. Not very good-seeming quality either. 2 points because the hoodie was alright.
