I tried and I stress tried to order a pair of shoes that was shown in an ad, it accepted my order, then 3 days later my order was cancelled, i enquired as to why it was cancelled and was told lack of inventory. Not sure why my order was accepted in the first place but I did find another pair of shoes I was interested in and ordered again, the order confirmation came through but the website didn’t follow through. The shoes did show up and I like them but y’all’s website for ordering is a mess
I am writing to formally express my frustration with how my recent issue was handled regarding a defective pair of shoes purchased through Amazon.
I did not discover the defect until after the return window had closed. The original listed price of the shoes was $109, and after applying MasterCard reward points, I paid $77 out of pocket.
When I contacted your customer service team, I was asked to provide a photo of the defect, which I promptly did. It then took several days to receive a response. When I finally heard back, I was instructed to remove the insert from the shoe and send another photo. Again, I complied, and again there was a significant delay in response.
After this process, without any clear acknowledgment of the defect itself, I was offered a $77 gift certificate to be used on your website. However, when I checked the online store, the same shoes were listed at $115 plus shipping. This effectively requires me to spend an additional $45 to replace a product that was defective through no fault of my own.
I find this resolution unacceptable. I did not request a refund—I simply wanted a replacement pair of shoes that were not defective. In cases like this, I believe a full replacement at no additional cost is the reasonable and fair outcome.
I also spoke with several supervisors, all of whom repeated the same policy without offering any flexibility or meaningful resolution. It was clear they were not empowered to address the situation appropriately, which only added to my frustration.
This experience has significantly impacted my perception of this brand, which I have used for years. They need to reconsider their handling of defective products and empower their customer service team to resolve issues in a way that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
By the way, They don't last anymore
I love K-Swiss! The shoes are so comfortable and always have the best colors! I wish they had one neon green on one side and hot pink on the other or mixed like the other colors somehow! Those are my favorite!
The order came so fast and easy. It is always great to order and know it will be only a few days to wait for my shoes.

Truly love the comfort and fit of the four pairs of K-Swiss tennis shoes I own. I am able to play for an extended period multiple times a week. I get complimented on the look of the shoes as well.
I am trying K-Swiss court shoes for the first time and was not real familiar with their sizing compared to other brands I have tried (Nike, Babolat, Sketchers, NB, Adidas) . I always find it difficult when trying a new brand to know I need to go up a size or not since my feet seem to be in-between sizes. In my case I ordered on the small end and after an hour of play found them to be too small. K-Swiss allowed return and replace to the next size up without grief and the new slightly larger size fits just right and very comfortable to play in. Looks like durability will be good too... if so I'll be staying with K-Swiss.
The ordering experience and shipping ect. was excellent, I have no gripes. However, the shoes are hurting my feet, I'm not sure why, I've worn them about 6 times for about an hour each time at the gym, lifting, so I assume I have no return options at this point?
I think that Kswiss makes the best shoes on the market today. You get comfort , style for sure , all for a good reasonable price . That is actually a lot cheaper than a lot of other options. And they look and feel excellent ¡
