Absolute Joke
Hahahahahahaha order never arrived and I was only told it was cancelled after contacting KSwiss support, who took several days to simply reply to my question as to why the shoes had never shipped. I was told the shoes weren’t available in the size I ordered despite the fact I received an email notifying me that the shoe size I wanted was back in stock, which is why I ordered them. Additionally I was ordering these shoes to replace a defective pair that took weeks to hear from KSwiss customer service. This company is an absolute joke and I would NEVER order from them again if my daughter (a highly ranked junior tennis player) wasn’t so particular about the tennis shoes she wears. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 20+ years coaching juniors and dealing with various sporting goods companies.

I didn't receive half of my order, and I'm not sure if it will ever be shipped or if I'll ever get a refund.
I do NOT have my item!
I do NOT have my item! It has been more than 10 business days. I ordered and see there was a confirmation on 3-13-26. I have called and tried to check tracking or shipping info, but the system gives me nothing. It is now 3-27-26. I am very unhappy at this point.
