The package was never delivered to me and was returned to K Swiss by UPS. The package was delivered to suite 412 my former suite, as I am in Suite 404. My name was on directory so I don't know how the mistake was made. I asked that the package be re-shipped and was told it could not be done. One of the sneakers ordered is now out of stock. Extremely frustrating.

Shoes were delivered early, and we're exactly as described. More comfortable than I originally expected, because I wasn't aware they had memory foam insoles. Very happy with the purchase.
