K-Swiss fully honored their 6 month wearout Warranty on Ultrashot 4 shoes. However, myself and many others would love to see the Ultrashot3 shoe brought back.

The shoe I thought I ordered was not the shoe I wanted. I had order the same shoe at 3 times different times. This shoe was different and caused the sole of feet to burn when I played in them for the first time on Friday. 😢

Ordering online is easy and getting the shoes was quick. I will never use standard mail again though. The postal service here said they tried to deliver but said we were closed which was not the case. When they delivered the next business day they delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, the person brought the shoes to me.

Ordering was fairly easy however, your company sells shoes so why don't you sell waterproofing protectant to treat your products? If you don't treat them they don't weather well and rot.
