If I could rate 0 stars I would. I don’t think I have ever given a business a bad rating in my life, however this company truly deserves it due to the horrendous customer service I have experienced. Over the past year I have sent DOZENS of emails back and forward about a simple refund that should take one email to sort out. I have absolutely lost hope and have now had to contact fair trading as the customer service team is utterly useless. The product itself I also found to not make any difference, so save yourself the money and take your business elsewhere!

This product is perfect! The bottle had around 20 weeks worth of serum in it and it was so worth it. My lashes went from short and stubby to touching my eyebrows, it was almost too long it’s crazy. Definitely buy this serum

Ordered a lash serum on June 10th. Its now July 23th and my package has not arrived. My friend bought it on the same day and hers has not arrived also. I emailed the company and they reassured me that the package is on its way and that was 13 days ago. So uhh if you want a lash serum I would not buy this one since the shipping isn’t trustable.

I was contemplating reordering because their claims of it working are good, but I just didn't see any results.
