Great customer service. Very quick to respond to my email for questions I had on an order that needed to be changed. Was impressed with the quick response and quick fix of my order all through email. Also this being on a big holiday for them was a plus that they set me as a priority. Fast to process and fix my oder to have it shipped ASAP.

I finally got my order. no updates on it, I thought it was never going to arrive.
I bought an LD10 Imalent©, which had a loading problem. I sent a mail to the Imalent© team, and 8 days later, I received a new LD10 Imalent© that works and loads perfectly. Just like this. That's why I will come back on Imalent© website. Cool people, nice products, and they do care with their customers.

I ordered the following from Lightmalls: 1 x Fenix ARE-A4 quad channel smart High definition LCD charger compatible with types of Li-ion and Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries 3 x Fenix ARB-L18-3500 rechargeable Li-ion battery (18650 - 3.6V - 3500mAh) Order made on 17th January and received them 1st February 2021 to Australia. Tracking was slow to update once it arrived in Australia. Item very well packaged, which I am extremely impressed with. Charger and batteries all working. So thank you Lightmalls. 5 out of 5 stars for you.
At first I thought I may of been scammed, so I sent them an email. They assured me everything was legit, and showed me how to track my parcel, the following morning it arrived. Great communication, brilliant product, huge savings, and delivered quicker than I expected (10 days) I can not fault them. Go for it.
I am able to track my orders now just it takes time betwwen sending track information to appear on track17, appologize for last revirw but still waiting my order which it shulod be arrive soon. Lro

Product was just what I needed. Just which they would have accepted charge cards instead of just PayPal. I had to open a PayPal account to pay for it. Besides that even went well. I received it when promised.
The light I ordered was for MTB at night and it gives off plenty of light, maybe the beam could have been slightly wider but overall very good.
it’s a one month I’m not receiving my stuff I am not OK with you guys because even I I’m trucking to see where is my stuff it’s not showing , the last update it’s January second it’s in United State

This is an update to a previous review. Received Fenix LR40R. Light worked great as expected. Lightmalls' price was by far the best I've seen on quality lights. Delivery does take a while.

I know that I placed the order during the holiday season but it shouldn't have taken 3 weeks for them to be delivered. You should consider using a different delivery service.
