This was my first time ordering from lulu's. I am usually skeptical about online dress shopping but to my suprise the quality of the dresses were superb. Made with high quality materials and at a great price point especially when on sale. I ordered several dresses for a wedding of different cuts and styles to get the feel of their sizing. The sizing help app was very helpful and close to being true on their sizing. I am difficult to size bc I have an athletic build. I didnt mind the restock fee for returns as everything was well packed with tamper resistant tags/ ribbons. Returns were super easy and refund back to my credit card was prompt.

I purchased a dress for a wedding. The dress color was exactly as shown and it fit great! I tried the dress on a few times before the wedding and the zipper seemed to catch a little on the seam where the fabric changed under the bust. My daughter also purchased a dress from Lulus for the wedding and noticed the same problem on her dress. On the day of the wedding the zipper split when I was getting out of the car. We could not fix the zipper and I had to change into a back up dress.

Easy but wish returns were free
I found the process fairly simple to purchase try on and return what did work. I also got a good deal on the dress I purchased. I got a lot of compliments on the dress and I felt good wearing it. The only thing that I wish were the case was having to pay for shipping I feel like that used to be free with purchasing online and with the amount you have to buy online as in storing purchasing is so difficult it would be nice if the customer had that perk again.

I recieved my dress pretty quickly. Only problem i had was the toole on the dress was coming unstitched by the zipper. Its not an easy fabric to sew so understandable the dress otherwise is amazing worth it and id def buy again

The zipper came broken. Every time I zip it up, when it goes past that middle seam, the zipper splits open and it also gets stuck going down.

I absolutely love this dress! It was comfortable, fit beautifully, and I received so many compliments while wearing it. The only downside is the length. I'm about 5'8", and even with heels it was still too long, so I had to have it hemmed. Other than that extra step, I highly recommend this dress!
