Sold me a high end refurbished Macbook Pro. The computer never worked right, and kept crashing. Had bad memory. They strung me along and then refused to take it back. Absolute rip off company. After sending the computer to Apple to see if they would give me anything for it they said "Device does not charge, or hold a charge, Data erasure unsuccessful" Offered me $0.0 Like I said, I was sold a total piece of junk.
