entire process was fast and easy
It was easy to find the RAM I needed for my laptop and their description and video made me feel confident I had the right parts and could install them. It arrived in a couple days and my laptop is so fast now I wish I had done this a year ago.

The iMac (mid 2021)differed from the one I ordered
The iMac (mid 2021) I ordered specified 4 USB ports, headphone port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. The unit that arrived has only 2 Thunderbolt ports. I called customer service and learned that an adapter was required. The screen describing the adapter indicated an additional $20 discount if ordered with the iMac. I didn't qualify for the discount since this was now a separate order. First, the unit sent was not as described, it should have included the correct ports (or the required adapter). Second, if I had known I needed an adapter, I would have ordered one and qualified for the discount. This is the first disappointing experience I've had with OWC.

Battery works great. Video was exactly as my install went. Every tool I needed was in the kit. It was awful to install. I hated it, but they didn’t design the MacBook. I recommend this replacement battery.

Fast Shipping in Canada
Fast shipping in Canada. Product box was a bit banged up but the product inside is in perfect shape. I always appreciate OWC products and service. One thing to fix would be the website. My orders are placed through ca.macsales.com but when I log on, the orders never show. It would be nice to have a record of my purchase other than the emailed invoice. Otherwise, I'm completely happy.
