In just the facet of hunting for my specific part, a replacement SDD for my trusty old iMac, I found everything I needed to know about the model/verion and watched the Video they made to verify I could do the replacement myself. Apple Genius told me the replacement would cost $1200 and take a week. I paid less than 1/3 and can expect the SSD drive here in my hands in 2 days with normal shipping. I expect this will be a great buy, I'll be back to hard slander if not.

So... I Heard about Found these folks fr a u tuber reviewing Macs. He stated they were one of the top companies he dealt with and after shopping around the pricing and reviews helped me pull the trigger on a New Used Mac. We just received the unit via Canada Post, First off let me say I was surprised at Canada post as they are not know for fast delivery, The Mac arrived 3 days before projected date so hats off to them. In regards to the New used Mac. One would have a hard timer telling that its is used. Looks like new in every aspect. This is my Significant others computer and she has spent the last few days getting all her programs fr the old mac up and running. No issues so far so... I would say, Great service, great product, great delivery. I will recommend to anyone who's asks. Thanks

It is always a pleasure to order from OWC! I have a Thunderbolt dock purchased for work, and wanted to buy an identical one for my new, personal MacBook Pro. It was very easy to do because the OWC stock number is on the website and on the product. It was also cool to find it at a savings, and an Apple Watch charger also cheap!

Refused to help me the firmware update. Kept asking me for proof of payment. You sold me the item. I provided the serial number, but that’s not enough.
