Using the chat line to get some questions answered assured me I was ordering the correct part for my laptop. The battery for my laptop was a cinch to change out with the tools provided and the detailed instruction video. I've always had great experiences with OWC.

I’ve used OWC / Macsales.com many times to purchase devices, ram, accessories, etc. and have never had any problems or disappointment with items purchased from them. The prices are fair and ordered items are promptly received.

Their service staff is professional and knowledgeable. The buying, and returning, process was very easy. I will be buying more from OWC in the near future as I am confident their products will fit my needs unlike buying things from other online retailers.

OWC and Mac Sales processed my order quickly and shipped it FAST. Unlike that online giant (think jungle) OWC doesn't sell cheap junk products and accessories and they stand behind what they sell. Great to deal with an amazing American company!

The experience initially wasn't great as the wrong cord was sent to charge the dock. The rep made me feel as though I didn't know of what I was speaking, until I sent a picture of the incompatibility of the cord and the device. Once the problem was understood from your end, you were quick to send to correct charging cable. All told it was 11 days until I could use my device, but it is now working. Thank you for your help. I purchased a Mini Stax STX. When I received the box (very fast delivery), I noticed a missing cable. Contacted OWC (Canada) support by email. After a simple verification (pictures of items in the box), they sent me (free of charge, express delivery) the missing item. The unit works perfectly and s a great addition to my setup.
