Perfect fit
masterspa headrest
I found it very easy to access website and search for the item I needed (headrest replacements) however there was a little confusion regarding the ones that fit my specific model number. I was not aware that all the headrests shown were NOT interchangeable between all the models. You can only order the ONE specified for your model number. No way to upgrade to a more comfortable one!! (which I wanted to do) I ordered the wrong ones and had to return them for the ones that fit my hottub. There should be more than one option.

I search for waterfall diveter
I search for waterfall diveter for my exact hot tub model and year and a part comes up that I ordered that definitely doesn’t go with my hot tub. Now I have to figure out the correct part. Re order and return the wrong part and not use my hot tub for at least another 2 weeks. How can you have a search engine so completely incompetent from a big company like Master Spa. Something simple like matching model and parts.

Ignored by sales representative
Got the part I needed but not the mounting hardware. I specifically asked the sales representative about the hardware but he apparently ignored me. Two screws and two nuts and all would be good.
