If the part was inexpensive, it would be cheaper than paying return shipping and restocking fee of 20%. Return policy clearly stated: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on parts returned if ordered incorrectly as well as a 20% Restocking Fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be returned unused. All electronics are non-returnable. At the time of receipt of the returned items, the customer will receive a store credit that remains in their account and does not expire. We do not issue refunds.

Your company called me because the pillow I ordered did not fit the spa I have. So honest and helpful!!!! She cancelled that part of the order and gave me a refund!
