First time user. Purchased seats in row 22 as they were less than row 23.follow up email after being cherged said seats were sold and the ones behind us had gone up by 50%!!!!They never tried to contact me via phone or e-mail as they said. Nor was I offerd seats that were anywere near comparable.

We are sorry that the prices had gone up after your purchase attempt. But we were trying to reprocess the order for you and we could have reprocessed it with the same price you purchased. Since we couldn't hear back from you, we couldn't reprocess the order

Great platform and value for money
Great platform and value for money! This was my first time trying them. Pricing is relatively lower than other leading platforms. I didn’t have any issues picking seats or completing the transactions. UI was intuitive and easy to navigate.
