A Good First Experience
Registering online, and paying a discounted rate makes sense. License plate readers make entry and exit easy. BUT, what happens if I arrive before my scheduled time, or leave after my scheduled time?

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention how simple it is to secure a parking spot online and significantly save money on downtown visits. Consumer reviews often highlight the seamless entry process, noting that advanced license plate readers make arriving and departing completely effortless. Visitors also love the convenient locations situated closely to popular local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected street closures that caused heavy traffic and made reaching the garage very difficult during events. A few other people also felt that navigating through the large garage or finding the correct exit can occasionally prove quite challenging.

Good and cheap
I did not go. I wasted my money.
Great rate and convenience when staying in the east Loop or New East Chicago area. Also loads of level 2 charging available without idle fees which makes overnight charging possible. Finally, prepay and you get the convenience of in and out privileges.
The gate opened automatically upon entering and exiting, no ticket or barcode required (must have been because I put in my license plate upon making reservation)
Good price. Super easy to find and easy directions inside the garage. The instructions given were precise and easy to follow. Would recommend and plan and using again!
Repeat customer from a year ago. Peace of mind.
Confusing exit from Building to street
Super easy to get in and out off the highway! Perfect location, right in the heart of downtown Chicago!
Really good deal, easy in and out, great location
Quick, easy to book and fair price, compared to the other parkings in Chicago dowtown.
The parking was very close to the ice skating. It was nice to be inside to prepared ourselves and our kids for ice skating, and to put things away when done. The online process was quick and easy.
Cheaper than the regular drive in parking.
Easy to secure a reservation online. Easy to get in and out if the garage. I use Millennium Parking for short and long term parking. Safe and close to everything downtown.
Everything went smoothly. I suggest booking online in advance for better rates.
First tryed to book with coupon your Site provided and would not accept. We then got there and did not get good advice on were there was an elevator as we had a wheelchair. Seen sign stating they were out of order after we had to back track to find way out which was a ramp b walkway. Went the same way back with ramp and the door was lockedat 7pm yet event wasnt over till 8pm or so. We had to wait for someone going out to get in. Not at all handicap friendly in my book.
Great event discount and the renovations to the garage are really looking nice!
Quick and easy access, plenty of parking. A bit dirty...
The parking.com checkout is overly complicated vs. parkwhiz.
Everything went smoothly. The gentleman at the gate was helpful and nice.
