Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention how simple it is to secure a parking spot online and significantly save money on downtown visits. Consumer reviews often highlight the seamless entry process, noting that advanced license plate readers make arriving and departing completely effortless. Visitors also love the convenient locations situated closely to popular local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected street closures that caused heavy traffic and made reaching the garage very difficult during events. A few other people also felt that navigating through the large garage or finding the correct exit can occasionally prove quite challenging.

Easy in and out. Plenty of parking available
Super easy and convenient however a little difficult to find the entrance.
Helpful, knowledgeable staff, good signs and lighting.
It was a easy in and out. It was easy to find too.
I went through the exercise of paying for a spot only to find out that no one could park there due to the tree lighting ceremony.
Easy to move around and very affordable prices when purchased ahead of time. Helpful for being prepared
Never parked in this garage before; was concerned about safety, where to park for the Harris Theater, and being in the area on the night of the Xmas tree lighting. The garage parking was great! I so appreciated ALL the garage attendees on the scene for the guidance, safety, and RELIEF I felt after driving 2 and a half hours in city traffic to attend the Rachel Maddow discussion at the Harris Theater.
Easy to get in and out; good directional signage. Perfect for where I needed to be.
Millenium Park Garage was very easy to enter and exit as written in the instructions. The bonus was using a promotional code by subscribing to their website. It was inexpensive compared to other parking garages. Millennium Park Garage is always my 1st choice along Michigan Avenue or Columbus Drive.
prepaid for a pass online, pass would not scan from phone. Ended up having to pay full price. Customer Service refunded my online pass, but not happy I payed full price. Bait and switch in my opinion.
This is about the website only NOT the parking. The website is horribly glitchy. Tried to fill out the parking over ten times on my laptop -- but the credit card info boxes disappeared as soon as I put in my email address. Wouldn't recognize the promo code. Tried using my husband's phone. Nope -- same thing. Crashed the second he put in his license plate number. Finally got it to work on my phone after two more attempts.
Easy peasy. Very convenient for an out of town-er like me.
Easy access, convenient to where we wanted to be in the city. Safe and secure.
Parking was very convenient for the CSO
Hard to find car from someone outside the City of Chicago. Also you need better signing from leaving the garage to get to main streets...
