I placed my very first order with Minted and accidentally used an old shipping address. I canceled my order right away, but when I went to place a new order, the system wouldn’t let me use my “first time customer 20% off” coupon again. I called customer service and the kind representative gave me a 30% off coupon + free shipping. This made my day! Thank you Minted!

I ordered 40 custom Christmas Cards. When they arrived 12 of the cards were of a different family. I have spent 2 days and numerous hours on hold trying to talk to a customer service representative. To date I have no solution.
I finally reached an amazing customer service representative last night after being on hold for about 45 minutes. She took care of the whole situation. She re-ordered my cards, promised to expedite them and offered a refund. I wish I kept her name. She was fabulous.! if all of this comes to fruition, I will write a further review
