Thieves! Didn't want 1, much less 2 shipments!!!
I did not see the "subscription" clause when I signed up (I think because I used PAYPAL, some screens are skipped.) When a subscription charge/product delivery notice showed up in email, I called and asked to be deleted from all subscriptions. They refused, said they could not stop the shipment nor the subscription even though I requested immediate termination. 3 months later they billed me another $105 for the 2nd (required by their "agreement") delivery which I still have not received. I feel I should have been able to cancel both of the charges since I did not see nor desire the "2 orders" subscription hook. To me, this is thievery. Would not do business with them again.

The ordering experience was positive as a good discount was offered which was most helpful as I like to try quality products on my hair, but struggle to afford the high prices. There are a good variety of options to order too which was helpful, plus more offers after purchase. Obviously I can't comment on the product itself as I've yet to try it, but if it's arrives and is as good as some of the reviews are saying, then I shall be delighted.

Since I have been using Moerie my "Spun Glass" hair (which only 3% of the world's population has) is really growing where as it stopped at my shoulders for 40 years and grew no further!!!!! i can finally feel locks down my back!!! I am 70 so you can imagine how elated I am from this wonderful, wonderful product. Its a God-send.

I had 2 occasions to contact them, the last one to cancel any more deliveries as I have built up a surplus of products. Also I have just visited my hairdresser and without knowing I was using Moeries products she said my hair had grown very fast since my last visit, I have found my hair was softer and looked very healthy for my age, I am 75yrs young
