I seem to have run into some issues
I seem to have run into some issues. When I have sent money to my recipient, Walusimbi Harrison, going on 6 years now, he has run into some difficulties picking up cash from the location in Uganda. They have refused to give him the money on several occasions. This last transaction they refused to give him the money saying I typed his name incorrectly, that I didn't capitalize his last name Harrison. ref# 41601475. I checked my records and I indeed did capitalize his last name. I don't have any trouble from my end but Walusimbi Harrison seems to. I have had to use Western Union just to ensure money is given to my recipient.
