Quick and easy if the system is up and running. If the system is down don’t try to ask them for help because it takes forever and will give so many unnecessary turns.

Do not trust MoneyGram with your sensitive personal data. I attempted to process a standard transaction and was forced to submit highly confidential, private identification information under the guise of "verification." As soon as they secured my data, the transaction was effectively frozen/canceled with zero transparency, no actionable explanation, and no customer service support to resolve it. This feels less like a financial service and more like a data-harvesting scheme. They happily take your most private identity details but refuse to actually provide the service you paid for. If you value your digital privacy and actually need your money transferred, use a different platform. MoneyGram’s compliance system is completely broken and anti-consumer.

The lady at the counter on Saturdays is suuuuper efficient, fast and gentle. The only bad thing is the fees. I send money to my son studying abroad and 33 dollars each time is a lot. No reduction after having sent more than 3 times. Disappointing.

When you check the rates before logging to account the exchanges rates are higher but once you log in it become a scam!🤣🤣
