The service itself works well, and I never had any issues using it. However, my online-account was permanently closed without any explanation. It's especially disappointing because MoneyGram refers to me as a "valued customer". When I contacted customer support, they told me the decision was made automatically by their security system and that they were unable to override it or provide any additional information. I received no warning, no explanation for the closure, and no opportunity to appeal.

My aunt sent money via moneygram physical location for a directcto bank account transfer back in july 3 but until now i haven’t received it , My bank is tie up to moneygram so it’s impossible they will reject it and it’s not the first time. My bank said no record found , how could that be my aunt had a receipt as proof but the money just disappear just like that , we felt scammed!

MoneyGram saves lives for those who have no legitimate means to make a living.Customer Service team are very polite and extremely helpful.The charges for sending/converting money is crucial for the survival of people whose lives have been changed for ever,it's minimal & welcomed. I am more than grateful we have Money Gram as a life saver/connection( I know of)for smaller countries and its people suffering during certain wars where the cash system(s) has been more or less removed from their way out of poverty.The money I send is a godsend for them,it is safe to say within 30 minutes of sending the money my family and friends will now buy the necessities badly needed to survive another day. We/I owe MoneyGram a huge THANK YOU for providing a means to an end of their suffering. MoneyGram is under valued as a life saver. Thank you MoneyGram, Thank you.

MoneyGram facilitated 3 fraudulent withdrawals from my debit card bank account, totaling over $3,000. They refuse to cooperate and provide me with: Account registration date and time. IP addresses and device information. Whether my email address that was used was verified. What identity verification was performed. What fraud-prevention measures were applied.

Unreliable transfer app they would lock and hold your transfers for no explanation or reasons, i have a feeling they even scrutinize your account based on names and were your sending too which is very discriminative unprofessional attitude by money gram.
