Total waste of time. I’m blocked before even starting. Ai service. Problem solved Send money Now I’m refused for being suspicious lol for sending $600 Customer Service can’t tell me why and can’t do anything to reverse it Don’t waste your time use other real companies

Avoid MoneyGram—Incompetent AI and Zero Human Support Made a transfer in the morning and received a transaction acknowledgement. Checked my account two hours later, only to see "Not Processed – Information Pending," advising me to check my email. I received no email. When I submitted a progress update with my reference number, I got a canned AI response claiming the transaction didn't exist. I then filed a formal complaint with a screenshot of the transaction directly from my logged-in account. The reply? Another clueless AI asking "the sender" to contact MoneyGram—completely failing to realize I am the sender using the account's registered email. There is no phone number for real support. The only option left is to cancel, which takes up to 14 days to refund my money. A completely substandard operation run entirely by useless AI. Save yourself the headache and use a transfer service that actually processes payments in 30 minutes.

Generally I have great experience at the transfert by monneyGram. But, sometime there were some delay.

Sent money to a friend for the first time and could not have been more simple! Even had an option to send directly to a bank account! Simple and money was ready in less than a minute!

I used Monygram for around 2+ years without problems. Obviously my account has been hacked and abused. Login says wrong, restoring password doesn't work with my email address @gmx.de. I didn't tap on SMS because I see the phone number is not my number. But Moneygram doesn't send a restore pw email. Ok Moneygram has enough users, and can pay their employees also without my participation - maybe this what MG thinks.

Transfer times are not accurate. If you actually need to transfer money in minutes, use PayPal or Venmo; Moneygram cannot accomplish this, and the transfer will take several days at a minimum.
