First Ever Moon Audio Purchase
For my first time purchasing anything from Moon Audio, it was a Quick, Smooth and Easy Experience. I'm assuming my additional instructions were also taken into consideration when mailing out my item which I very much appreciate. I really can't complain of anything, though if there is one minor issue, it would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement email in return even just as courtesy... but not a big deal all things considered. Everything was great except for some confusing email messages. I placed my order and received confirmation, but then I got messages asking me to complete the order. I just ignored them.

Warning!
Warning, moon audio will not repair any damages to the connections of these cables because the machine to reproduce the plastic parts are “too expensive for the company” I spent $400 for the cable and was told to buy a new one because they don’t repair the cheapest part of their product! WTH?!

Hi Derek, this is not what we explained to you over the phone. To be clear, the issue here is the connections to the IEM side have been broken over time due to wear and tear of the cable while you are on tour. We cannot repair that side due the plastic injection molding on the IEM side. There simply isn't an affordable way to repair these. If this was on the amplifier side, we would happily repair the connector for you. I know you love the cable and we wish we could do this for you, there simply isn't an affordable way to do this. The repair costs would be close to buying a new cable. Thank you, Moon Audio Support

The Teac 701T cd-transport was…
The Teac 701T cd-transport was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. It was double boxed to ensure this. The price was right and with a choice of both color offerings; silver or black. The 701T is the best cd transport I have ever owned! Teac “Knocked it out of the park!” And my dealings with Moon Audio will make me a repeat customer.
Moon Audio: What an Audio Store Should Be
I recently purchased three different products from Moon Audio in two separate orders. Both orders were processed and shipped quickly. They arrived well packaged. After a few days of using them, I am really pleased. Moon Audio’s selection of high end audio equipment is superb; but, I found their educational and product reviews to be one of the most helpful components of their service. I urge others to look at their videos as a part of your pre-purchase research.

Hi Lyn, I hope you're doing well! I wanted to let you know that we’ve processed a full refund for your original order. Unfortunately, the HC4 software doesn’t currently support the iPhone 17 due to an Apple iOS conflict. I understand this can be confusing and frustrating, and I assure you it’s not a defect with the HC4 itself. Apple changed the handshake with the iphone 17 and they don't inform devices that connect to it once they launch a new phone. The item shipped quickly and seems to be in pristine condition. I have only started syncing music to the player from my pc. I plan to get a pair of Utopia headphones before I can adjust the EQ and sound shaping of the unit.
