Excellent response from Moon Audio
Item was shipped the day after it was ordered and received within 72 hours. I couldn’t ask for or expect better service. The Matrix SL-1 lived up to everything I have read. Outstanding product. The results were immediate. It replaced an excellent passive network filter. The SL-1 is worth every dollar it cost.

Moon audio is my go-to online audio store
Selling hi-end headphones is easy. But, processing your order and delivering it promptly apparently is not. No one is faster than Moon Audio. I got into this hobby 14 years ago, have purchased from all the big online audio sites, and no one comes close to Moon Audio. Even if you add a Moon Audio custom cable, it still arrives sooner than a site that sells "upscale" audio equipment or one that sells "headphones" with an easy-to-remember name.

Excellent customer service!!!
It was a pleasure doing business with Moon Audio. Jose Gomez was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to get my perfect setup (DCA E3 headphones and a iFi Valkyrie DAC Amp). I must have spoken with Jose at least 4 times and every time he answered new questions that kept coming up until I was confident with my decision. I would definitely go to Moon Audio for future equipment purchases. Thanks guys, you were great!!! PS. Thanks for the beautiful Meze headphone stand. It looks gorgeous in my living room.
