Spending over $100 and still playing for shipping and also having a return policy that is only store credit is a pretty big gap from your competitors. I'm giving it a try to see if I actually like the shirts but it doesn't give a lot of confidence to purchase and is why I haven't in the past.
Terrible at doing returns. They wouldn't let me exchange an item for a different size, even though the different size was in stock. So, I have to pay the return fee. The clothes run small. I wouldn't ever shop here again but that I am stuck with a gift card instead of a real refund.
I’ve been looking at these Tshirts for a bit and decided to purchase. I’m very pleased with the color choices as well as the quality of the material. I just purchased 2 more v-neck T-shirts , totally 5 now. Great company , seems well run, very happy.
The quality of the Tshirt material is good 100% cotton. Regards to the round collar, it still remains in origin shape even after many times of wash as well as the rest of part of the Tee it didn’t went out of shape. Very satisfying customer. 3rd time ordering it.
Your products are great, but your return and exchange policies are horrible! For one, thing only giving store credit is a little rough, especially for jeans, which are notoriously hard to get right. Then you only allow exchanges for the same item in a different size, which is ridiculous when a person is trying to find the right style! and then to add insult to injury, you charge both shipping and return fees on the items I want to exchange. Sheesh.
Love the product quality (Marcy fitted V-neck T-shirt, previously bought through Amazon): silky smooth, lightweight, comfortable. Pricing seems very misleading: my subtotal read $69.97 with a total of $73.48, but when I went to check out, the order subtotal was $77.74 with a total of $80.84. One the plus side, customer service replied promptly, partially mitigating my concern.
product is fine but your website borders on deceptive with the maybe discounts and add on membership deal…what are you guys thinking you’ve got a good product let it speak to the customer the crazy discount/membership just makes me want to go elsewhere…Daniel Levin
I haven’t received my purchase yet Most of your items in my size show as out of stock which is very frustrating Your return policy is not very user friendly Why would I order multiple shirts if I don’t know if they fit as you will only give store credit If your vendor shipped you something that would never work causing you to lose your trust in them would you ask for a financial refund instead of a credit ?
