I was not pleased with the delivery service. I live in a twenty-story building, and I came home and found my package left outside my door. This is how unsecured packages get stolen. This package should have been left in an Amazon locker or taken the package to the rental office mailroom package room.
What I liked about your website is the size guide, very helpful. Also, the great quality of your clothes. It’s an investment, they last a long time.
I bought 3 of their T-shirts that were much more expensive than the True Classic I ones normally buy. First wash and the collars wrinkled and warped and couldnt even wear them once!! Crappy quality, would never buy from them again BUT THEY DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS! Only store credit to buy more of their cheap stuff. Stay away!!
You have virtually no selection in my size, 35x34. This is not an unusual size, why don't you offer this? Many colors have a maximum length of 32". I'm 6' 4' tall so 32" length is too short.
First I am asked to sign up email and SMS to get 30% off. OK. Then I placed the order. It says I will get up to 30% off, but still I do not see that I have. Not happy. And my item is out of stock now.

i tried to exchange wishing stated period, and purchase different items. I got charged for the new items, but didn't receive any confirmation of the returns. Buyers beware! this website is scammy, and they don't do refunds. SHAME!

Awful site, you cannot return anything and get a refund, you only get a gift card. I used my gift cards and the $40 that was left on it disappeared so that’s in their account now. They also put you on a monthly $40 subscription without any choice !!!!! Biggest scam artists out there !!!! Shameful !!!
