I just went through the exchange process and was told I could use the return as store credit, went through the entire flow and the site still charge me the full price for the pair of jeans I bought.

Like the products however feel totally scammed by your online offers. I was asked to sign up for a 30% discount. I did. I was then asked to sign up for additional 10% for phone number which I did. All of those notifications came through. Then after ordering 1) You only provided a 10% gift voucher rand 2) It cannot be used for 45 days. This is BS and completely unethical. When you advertise an amount off it should be taken off of the purchase. I have officially ordered my last Matt & Bow products.

I’m interested to try these jeans but feel the marketing is a bit deceptive. First I revived an offer for 30% back, which i initially thought was a discount but it wasn’t (tbh i still don’t know what it means). Then I get an add for a discount using the code “MOTTBOW26” which is no longer active. I did buy the jeans but could do without the bullshit.

You made it sound like I would get 30% off of my current purchase, but instead, it seems that 30% will be applied to future purchases. It seems intentionally misleading and I'm not happy about that.
