I am a first time buyer. I'll be in a better position to rate this product once I receive it. The buying experience was easy. The only thing I did not like was the inability to pick and choose the colors for your 3-pack and 6-pack special offers ... thus the 4star vs 5 star rating.

The site is slow and not truly user friendly
This is my third try at getting a Jean to fit me. The Slim Mercer/Stone/crosby jeans were way too baggy. Then ordered straight Crosby jeans a didn’t fit in butt or hips. I’m hoping that your recent suggestion of slim staple and slim Wooster jeans will fit. Website not much help. Had to call.
I am making a return on a pair of pants that were the wrong size. I used your sizing algorithm and sizing chart, and they produced pants that were way too large, like two sizes too large. The inseam was supposed to be 30 inches, but these will have to be hemmed with several inches cut off, and your website states that your clothing runs small, so consider sizing up. I have made a new purchase now based on what I typically buy from other manufacturers, but to be honest, I do not trust that now either. Will have to see if this one fits.
Too Much Information! I would have preferred a relatively straightforward presentation of the style choices and characteristics without all the flash talk. In the end I wasn’t at all sure I’d ordered what I really wanted. M&B should have been able to tell me what I’d ordered previously anask if I wanted the same again (which I did, in a different color. I was also unable to complete the transaction on the day I selected my light khaki straight jeans because I was unable to connect wth any of the money transfer modes that were offered at the time of my final selection.
The wrong shipping address auto populated. Hopefully they see the email to correct it!
No refund sucks, wanted to try the jeans and didn’t fit right but can only get store credit. Most of the styles and colors are always out of stock for my size, and a lot of gimmicky discount ads that don’t really apply unless you purchase again, too much sales communications via text and email
The product fits well and is comfortable. I'd have more if not so expensive. Shopping on site is easy and fast, but I never like being forced to accept cookies in order to place an order. Great shirt.
Appreciated the speed with which my order was filled. Ordered on Monday and had products by Friday. Outstanding customer service provided through the whole process. Definitely a 5star experience.
Did not revieve the shirt more than 40 days after the order was entered. Still haven't recieved as of today. 20 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS POSTED I FOLLOWED UP AND GOT AN ANSWER THAT MY ORDER WENT BACK TO THE SENDER BECAUSE OF AN ADDRESS ISSUE. I RENTERED MY ADDRESS AND THE SAME HAPPENED. I REENTERED AGIAN A WEEK AGO AND NOW WAITING TO GET THE SHIRT
Truth in advertising, the Driggs Classic Crew is a very comfortable tee with a flattering fit. Highly recommend for the mature Dad physique. Love the 6 packs. A "build your own 6 pack" would be a nice option for the ones who need a black shirt and aren't allowed to have white ones. Hopefully there will be a slightly longer "Tall" fit for long waist guys soon. Heading back to the store to grab some more 6 packs now!

Notified about availability. Easy to order. Your shirts are beautiful quality and weight, wash well. However very limited supply while ordering 2 shirts only 1 available to ship. Just got the email of availability within hour all gone! Please make more because I love your shirts
I used the size finder tool on the website and it wasn’t close. I tried to do an exchange but it wouldn’t let me change from a slim fit to a straight fit (I have muscular thighs and glutes and the slim was skin tight), so I had to do a return with gift card as only option. A bit dissatisfied in the whole return process system. Fingers crossed the straight fit jeans and up a size work.
Not Happy with your credit only when clothing purchased on line does not fit. Predatory shopping forcing me to buy something from you. This is why I am no longer shopping with you. I’m actually stopping internet purchases of all clothing because of the policy. I spent 45 years in retail and the lack of companies not refunding when item doesn’t fit is undesirable.
