Navigating the site was easy. The product that I wanted was sold out, even though a sale was announced. I settled for my second choice.
2 issues with the purchase
2 issues with the purchase. First, I tried to get the 2 paints combo and when added to the cart, it wouldn’t accept it. So I ordered them separately which I’m sure was more. Secondly, I saw on my Facebook ad I could use MattBow26 to get 30% discount but it said this discount expired. Disappointed with not being able to get any discount when you are marketing that I could. Thanks
Confused as to the cost
Confused as to the cost. I was billed… I got the 6 pack of shorts which I thought was 180 is and my bill was 236??
It was simple to navigate the sight.
It was simple to navigate the sight and see the differencesn in style and fabric. As I have gotten older I am definitley more picky about my tshirts. I wear another brand but the quality is driopping and after a dozen washes the shirts begin to look cheap.

I’m not happy with the company in…
I’m not happy with the company in general. I’ve sent a see-through T-shirt and tried to return it. The website had no option for returns. There was absolutely no way for me to return the shirt. I had to reach out to customer service who sent me an email more or less not offering to return the shirt as I had asked, and instead kept trying to convince me to keep the shirt. I am a busy professional, which seems like the target audience for your ads. I don’t have the time for this. They finally agreed to return the shirt and told me they would give me a store credit. So I was forced to order another shirt which the representative said would be less see-through. I know that you don’t refund shipping, but overall, I would say it was a negative experience because it is risky to buy from your company because you appeared to not allow returns and you appear to charge for shipping each time last purchase from you.
I'm getting six new t-shirts ..
I'm getting six new t-shirts ... not because I need six, but it seemed the only way to take advantage of the "two free t-shirts" offer was to order six. And the only way I arrived at that understanding was after I tried to order three t-shirts, but then had to cancel that three t-shirt order and instead order six, which meant more or out pocket, but two are free, so ... no, not a great experience, but I think Mott & Bow got what it wanted and I got ... well, I'm still waiting on my merchandise to arrive, so the jury is still out. Hence, three stars, for now.

I sent back on pair of pants and never saw a credit to my account. I just bought a third pair of pants which I hoped to use my credit but couldn’t access it. If you could let me know how I can use my credit would be greatly appreciated thanks Glenn

I always like the item quality and fit. The lure of your 30% off is confusing and a turn off. It does not show up in the cart and even after an email for help, there was no answer.

The white t shirt I bought is good looking, the fabric is soft washed well. The crew neck fits really well. I had several compliments. The size of the sleeves is very nice.

Received my order today, could swear I marked the 3 pack V neck style but the order had crew neck. I want to exchange the three but ended up having to pay for the replacements, why?
