Exchanges and returns while “easy” only give you a gift card and they take a a processing fee. I had to process a full return and repurchase just to get a different style of the same
Jeans. The help desk was useless.
To make it as a top notch retailer this is a key area of focus for M&B.
I did not receive any of the promised discounts of 30% and 10%. I did not intend to buy two pairs of the same jeans. The website is not intuitive and not easy to navigate.
Excited about the shirt and website is generally fine. But the 30% promotional offer seems like a scam. Is it a hook for some kind of credit card? I was expecting a promo code to add to my cart. Seems like a credit card scheme.
Thought the sizing a bit bigger than it reads. Tried to wash and dry and see if it shrinks. It didn’t. Love the trousers. Should have ordered a smaller size.
Details are clear. Order is easy
Shipping time is short

It is quite easy to shop with Mott & Bow although the discounts are mostly difficult to get when you are shopping from Europe. The tech pants are super comfortable, with this purchase will now have 5 pants, 3 blue, 1 black, 1 stone and in sizes 36/30 and 35/30.
It was easy to find a product that you liked the look of and also to hopefully order the right size by means of using a question answer format rather than general size measurements which don’t always account for various body shapes.
I inadvertently clicked on a pair of jeans I don't want, in addition to the ones I do. I don't like the "deal" offers that flash up on the way to check-out. Too easy to make a mistake like the one I just made. Looks like a deliberate attempt to get that outcome. I DON'T want the 30x30 tan-colored jeans. Not my color and not my size.
Kind of a bait and switch. Facebook add said they were on sale and to “click the orange box” to get the discount. Well, when you go to the website, there is no orange box and the code on there didn’t work. I ordered some anyway but just a little disingenuous.
What “went wrong” is that you are asking me to rate my experience before even sending me the product. That’s a bad business practice. I’m happy to spend my dollars elsewhere.
