I don’t like your return policy and I don’t like paying for shipping or a restocking fee. I’m particular as to how my tee shirts fit. With a 44 inch chest which puts me between large and extra large, I would like to try a size with no risk to me meaning I get all my money back if it doesn’t fit right.

Mott & Bow website: My first experience ordering apparel online

This was my first experience ordering apparel via mail order. I've always preferred purchasing clothing in person. However, the information presented on the Mott & Bow website gave me the confidence to place an order. I like the fact that I could purchase shirts individually (not being forced to buy multiple units). I could also order pre-set bundles of three and six shirts at discounts. What kept me from giving my experience five stars is that I could not customize the colors of shirts within these pre-set discounted bundles.

Too much suggestive / cross marketing offers. I need XXL crew T shirts and color selection was limited to single purchases, none in packs. Therefore I ordered two and paid full price - why not let us build a custom pack?

The purchase process was super easy, I paid and received it at my door. My jeans arrived in perfect condition at my home in Peru. The jeans are gorgeous and you can feel the quality. I highly recommend it.

T shirts too thin thin. Shirt and pants too baggy

T shirts are kind of thin and not as fitted in the arms and shoulders as I expected or that I find in other products like BYLT. Pants are way too big and baggy. Nice fabric and quality, but pretty oversized. I need to find out how to exchange them for the right size

Too much marketing crap. If you are going to give a discount give it. Fire your marketing department. They seem to just come up with gimmicks to prove their worth. They turn me off. I question whether to buy from Mott & Bow again. I will never recommend you and will always discourage somebody from buying from you. Your return policy is a sham.

SURPRISE! Don’t fit and no refunds!

I tried these shirts and they didn’t fit me well. Too tight in chest, loose in arms, and loose in belly. I was disappointed as I thought these were sized for real guys. So I then went to the site to find out how to do a refund (exchange wouldn’t help as I would swim in the xl.) FIRST OF ALL, I couldn’t find out how to actually start a return process I literally had to go to AI for help finding the link. Then guess wha? SURPRISE! They don’t offer refunds only gift card exchanges. Who does that these days? No help to me because your shirts don’t fit me. So I gave a $170 gift card to my so hopefully he can find t-shirts that fit. Super disappointed
