Excellent merchandise for a reasonable price. The items were in stock and based on previous purchases fit well and are very comfortable. They reached out to me when I left my cart without purchasing and reminded me, but not in a forceful manner.
My experience has been extremely great! This is now my 4 tee I ordered & I love them . The quality of the material is fabulous & I have washed them & they never loss their shape of fade . Highly recommend. .
The sizing was way smaller than expected, especially the straight legs on chinos. The return/excahnge process is straight out of the 1980's. No return to speak of, just credit for clothes that I will more than likely never be happy with. Return instructions were sparse. Unlike every other company where you repack the items. The "Happy Return" process wants just the individual product bag. No mention of tha that in the instructions. Overall awkward enough to keep me from ever considering Mott & Bow again.
Feels like you are trying to sell me at every turn. I think there is a point of ad overload where I would just like to explore your collection without being bombarded. The offers after checkout seem excessive. Some personalized suggestions would be great but I feel Like the experience diminishes the quality I feel like you are trying to portray with your brand. Last thing, change your return policy to allow for full refunds!
I think you should offer free shipping over $75 and more discounts to returning customers. I have not received any discounts. While I appreciate the quality and fit, I believe appreciation should be a two way street.
I ordered a saddle slim mercer jean. Its black and looks nothing like the picture. I tried to do a return and you only offer store credit. I submitted for cement, as an exchange and was charged again? I didn’t see a way to return. Please help me with this exchange.

Easy to navigate and I like the sizing questions for men. I have not looked through the women’s selection.
I have enjoyed your products but do find the website a little difficult to navigate in trying to understand which jeans best suit my preferences around stretch and colour. The sizing filter works very well but would be god to add some more defined filters in.

The website is kind of clunky. I'd also like it better if I could build my own bundle of tees versus the preset choices. Look forward to trying your product, but the website and ordering experience needs improvement.
The pants don't fit, so that has not been a pleasant experience, but customer service, namely David, has been helpful.
