Everything is very easy to navigate. Now we'll await for the arrival of the product so i can try on the denims & from there we can see how the size works online in comparison with in-store fit outs. So i cannot comment on anything else as i have not received the product yet.
Got notice that my order was pending when I thought it was completed. But I couldn’t find a way to get auto the order to complete it. Now I don’t know if I have ordered items or not.
I don't like entering my information to receive a discount code and then the code doesn't show up. Poor marketing in my option.

Tell you what. I do not but shit three times a day so I do not appreciate the bombardment of emails! I do not need to hear form you three times a day. Actually, I do not need to hear from you at all. I know you exist and when I need something I will check you out. You should not harass customers this way. If you continue, I will remove the account.

Easy to follow an order. However, once i ordered i realized I ordered a Large vs Medium for one of the items but it was very hard to find out how I could change the order before I receive it and go through the exchange process. I have asked your help desk and have not heard back so far.
There were a lot of selections that were unavailable in my inseam length of 34". It would be nice to have an option to plug in my size and see all that would pop up, especially for a first time buyer. I am ordering one pair in 34" and one in 32" so I might be sending one back if it doesn't fit correctly.
