Your exchange return process is cumbersome
I like the quality of your tee shirts but I’m having difficulty with finding the right fit. To do that I had to order 3 different tees in different sizes. The whole return process and then reordering was cumbersome and required me to spend more just to get all of my credit. Now my next fear is that what I have ordered won’t fit and I can’t exchange because they were purchased from a return. I find your company to not be consumer friendly. I have not gone thru this with other clothing companies I use such as Quince, Athleta etc

Your return policy is a scam
Your return policy is a scam. You are not deliverying a good product, but now I have to get a store credit and you are going to charge me $9 to process the credit. I am sorry, this is my first purchase with Mott & Bow, the quality of your product does not demand the price that you have charge, so I do not want to try any other of your products. I tried to return my order for a refund to my Amex card but I couldn’t do that I am trying to get my store credit from Mott and now How do I get that?? This is not very user friendly Kinda disappointing

I didn’t like the website experience
I didn’t like the website experience. I was constantly being asked to verify between pages. I didn’t like that different colours are different colours or that you can’t bundle the colours you’d like. Having said that I love the jeans.

Have sent two jeans back. Fit very poorly.
Sizes vary bad
One of the pairs of jeans is technically the same size as the others but fits as if its two sizes bigger around the waist (the grey jeans I ordered). One pair fits perfect. And the last pair fits okay around the waist. I don't understand because they are all similar pant cuts.
Your website sucks
Your website sucks. I’ve already complained about it to you and because it’s so bad it’s cost me $80.00. It defaults to certain sizes and each time you click on a colour it flips back. Because of this irritating, significant flaw, I ordered the wrong pair. Even though I caught the mistake seconds after the order was placed, it was already “shipped” so I had to suffer through MONTHS of returning and re-ordering and because you deduct the shipping costs, I had to spend another $80 to get the correct size pair. Even more wonderful for me is that I had to pay duties on the wrong size pair and I’m sure I’ll be privileged to pay a nice big fat duty on this correct sized pair. So, as far as I’m concerned, your website is terrible, and you have no customer service or try to make things right. You had behind trite excuses.
Trust a 74 year old .
Price wS more then i usually pY for t-shirts it i was so pleased ehen they arrived . They made a difference on the way they made me look. I just ordered 3 more plus a shirt . The material is comfortable and I've been your best salesman in the lab i still work in . I wish you had some button down shirts that fit like these t-shirts do. I want jeans but im hesitant bying them without trying them on. Ill see if i get up the courage. Keep up the good work, great product , love the way they look on me.
